Our Founder: Sean Park

Sean is currently a student intending to study Immunobiology at Brown University. Aside from Microbiology, he enjoys playing tennis, hanging out with his friends and family, and reading about the latest scientific discoveries. Sean was inspired to pursue Microbiology after participating in multiple programs where he discovered an unexplainable joy when learning about the world of microbes. Although Microbiology is a field well known to many, it is not a topic that is well introduced to students until college. As a result, Sean founded Microdiscoveries in hopes of providing aspiring or prospective microbiologists the necessary resources to learn about this growing field and find joy and passion in the process. As of now, Sean seeks to continue pursuing his interests in Microbiology by following up on the latest scientific discoveries and continuing his research.
