Our Goal

Microdiscoveries seeks to inspire the next generation of microbiologists to discover the vast world of microbes. It is our mission to provide the necessary resources to prospective students to help them develop an understanding of microbiology and a passion for the subject. The field of microbiology is one that is constantly expanding with new research, but also a field that is coming upon several issues. It is our hope that aspiring microbiologists utilize the resources we provide to develop their own research projects. These could include finding new mechanisms for targeting microbes to combat growing antimicrobial resistance or discovering new characteristics and properties of a specific species. We believe that by providing the necessary resources, we can inspire the next generation of microbiologists to pursue their interests and their passions, and hopefully discover the undiscovered.
